MOSCOW – Former Russian President and current head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev has warned that if Ukraine uses any of the missiles given to them by the United States to strike Russian territory, Russia will have ‘no choice’ but to strike ‘decision making centers’ which are ‘not even located on the territory of Kyiv’.
