Haitian refugees heading to the US will be pretty perturbed by an NBC report that says the US Department of Homeland Security is seeking ‘at least 50’ guards, 10% of whom should be fluent in ‘Spanish and Haitian Creole’. Their place of work? Guantanamo Bay.

People are understandably putting two and two together and getting ‘Oh my god, they’re going to send Haitian refugees to Gitmo!’

This has upset pretty much everyone, from left to right, leading to US President Joe Biden being on the end of some righteous Twitter anger.
